Terry is originally from Somerville where she attended college and then moved to New Hampshire in the 80’s. She loves the central location of Southern New Hampshire as close to Boston, the Seacoast and the Mountains. Joe have been an area resident since 1986 and earned his associate degree in Culinary Arts at Newbury College in Boston. He recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in Southern New Hampshire as well as the Lakes Region where he grow up summering at the lake and moving there year round to attend high School in Gilford.

When not assisting clients, Terry & Joe enjoy spending time with their grandson and their families, entertaining their friends and traveling. Terry loves to knit and to see Broadway shows in her spare time and Joe is an professional photographer and enjoys countless hours outdoors finding the perfect shot.
